initiative of the year
Ashland’s values are at the core of who we are and how we act so our solvers were thrilled to have our "Find It, Fix It" program named Responsible Care® Initiative of the Year by the American Chemistry Council. The innovative, interactive employee engagement campaign encouraged employees to take “selfies” to demonstrate how they reduced risks in their lives, both on the job and at their home to underscore and emphasize each employees’ commitment to living and working safely and to further drive safety in the workplace, customer locations, and at home. The award was selected by attendees at the Responsible Care® Conference and Expo and more information can be found here.
